The machine usually starts with a roll of desiccant packets. The continuous roll is fed into the machine where individual desiccant packets are cut for separation.
Optical or mechanical sensors detect the position of each desiccant to ensure accurate cutting and insertion.
A cutting mechanism, such as a rotary cutter or blade, precisely separates individual desiccant from the roll.
The separated desiccant are conveyed via belts or guides to the insertion point.
