Working principle Automatic lifting machine ALM Series
The Automatic lifting machine mainly consists of a fixed base,a lifting system,a rotating system and a shaft-turning system.The servo motor is connected to the geared motor as the driving source,and the motor brake is used to achieve high-speed safe movement and positioning,and it equipped with anti-falling devices.One-touch operation can be realized by setting the movement route according to the program.

1.Automatic completion of clamping-lifting-rotating-down-discharging-resetting process by one-touch button operation.
2.Driving power is driven by stepper motor instead of hydraulic oil
3.The motor with brake protects in case of power failure.
4.The air expansion shaft is used to fix the barrel and the lifting fork arm.
5.Start and stop freely at any position by limit position device.
6.Stainless steel belt is used to replace the column curtain.
7.Linear guide rail,more resistance to torque,smoother linear motion.
8.The double-row chain structure improves the load and makes the operation more stable.
9.Using the medium-sealed solenoid valve,real-time pressure detection,it plays the role of accidental gas-breaking protection,and the gas-up axis can guarantee the loading state.
10.Add the fork arm rotation structure,precise docking,also be used as a single-column blender(fork-arm rotary lifting blender).
