Structure

The mixing barrel is mounted to the frame and is made of solid, long-lasting, stainless SUS304 high-grade steel with a conical tip.

A pneumatic valve for discharge is located on the side of the mixing barrel.

The entire valve is attached by a gemel, making it simple to lift away for thorough cleaning and inspection.

Other features include no dead angle, even mixing, and easy cleaning.

Between the mixing barrel and the barrel lid, there is a silicon rubber airtight ring that keeps out pollutants.

The expanded portions of two transmission shafts are also airtight.
